VOS (voice solution) is a voice-based logistics workflow solution with high versatility, applicable to various processes such as picking, sorting, replenishment, receiving, and inventory inspection.
Solution description
1. The VOS headset guides the worker to the location via voice instructions
2. Move to the designated location and verify or scan the product
3. Pick the requested quantity of the product and report it via voice command
- The VOS headset informs the worker of the location of the requested product, and the worker moves to that location
- Upon arrival, the worker verifies the location by speaking or scanning the confirmation code through the headset
- The worker picks the requested quantity and reports the result via voice to complete the task (other tasks follow the same procedure)
