RightPick by RHR is a multi-joint picking solution that performs picking and placing of individual items. It features free picking capabilities, allowing it to handle irregularly arranged products, and continuously improves its performance and accuracy in real time through AI machine learning. RightPick can be integrated with systems like AutoStore and AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) to enable Goods-to-Robot (GTR) operations, and it can also collaborate with human operators.

Solution description

1. The tote containing the ordered item arrives in front of the picking robot
2. The picking robot scans with vision and picks the designated item
3. The picked item is placed into the target tote. The process is repeated until the requested quantity is fulfilled.
4. The completed tote moves along the conveyor to the next destination.
  1. The source tote containing the ordered item arrives in front of the picking robot in the order the request was received
  2. When the source tote reaches the robot, it performs a vision scan and picks the designated item
  3. The robot places the picked item into the target tote and repeats the pick-and-place process until the requested quantity is fulfilled
  4. The completed tote moves along the conveyor to the next station
