  2. Daily location rebalancing (Loc. Resetting) by WCS based on order volume analysis

  3. Maximized work efficiency through automated replenishment and outbound by-pass line design

  4. Achieved zero mispicks with integrated picking, checking, and weight inspection

  5. Introduced grade-optimized equipment such as DAS to handle high outbound variance by product grade
