  1. Reduced work efficiency due to simple manual operations

  2. Risk of human error from visual inspection processes

Features and impact

  1. Assigned outbound boxes and inserted empty boxes based on order-specific product CBM

  2. Assigned picking priorities according to product grade for each order

  3. Designed a bypass conveyor for single-item orders to move directly to the picking zone

  4. Performed daily location rebalancing in WCS based on order volume analysis

  5. Maximized work efficiency through automated replenishment and outbound bypass line design

  6. Achieved zero mispicks through combined picking and checking with weight verification
