AutoSore
AutoStore is an AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) that automatically stores and retrieves products in PC or box units. Robots deliver bins containing products from stacked storage to a port where a worker is stationed, allowing the worker to pick and handle the items before dispatch.
Solution description
1. robot picks the requested tote box

3. pick the requested quantity from the tote box delivered to the port

1. order information is sent to the AutoStore system, and a robot retrieves the requested tote box from the grid for order processing
2. the robot delivers the retrieved tote box to the port for product picking
3. the operator picks the indicated quantity from the tote box on the conveyor, following the digital display
4. the picked products are placed into the designated tote box, and the operator presses the ‘confirm’ button on the digital display to complete the task
