DPS
DPS (digital picking system) is a solution that displays the quantity of products to be picked on a digital display based on order information entered into the WMS, enabling fast and accurate picking operations.
Solution description
1. Tote boxes move along the conveyor
2. Check the picking quantity on the digital display
3. Pick the quantity shown on the display
4. Place the product into the box
1. The picking box moves along the conveyor to the work line for outbound processing
2. Order information is sent from the WMS to the digital display, showing the quantity to be picked and lighting up the “Confirm” button
3. Pick the indicated quantity from the tote box located at the digital display and press the “Confirm” button
4. Place the picked items into the tote box on the work line, then send the tote box to the main conveyor line upon completion
