The AGV solution is a GTP (Goods-to-Person) system based on transporting shelving racks using AGVs.
In this solution, the shelving rack containing the requested items is delivered to the worker, who then picks the products for outbound processing.
Solution description
1. The AGV receives a work instruction for the requested item
2. The AGV transports the shelving rack to the requested location
3. The worker performs the task at the designated location
4. After the task is completed, the AGV returns the shelving rack to the designated location
- The AGV control system requests the shelving rack containing the ordered items to be retrieved by the AGV
- The AGV receives the work instruction, lifts the shelving rack, and transports it to the designated location
- After arriving at the location, the worker performs the picking task
- Once the task is completed, the AGV returns the shelving rack to its designated storage position
